Looking at the melee.dat file found in the GTAIV/common/data folder, I tried finding the melee for punching to make Niko be able to send cars FLYING on a single punch. I think I found it, but what's weird is that there are different types of punches.
Looking a bit more, I found out that the melee either fucked up beyond belief, or is somehow for GTA San Andreas. There are multiple different punching types, along with abbreviations for what appear to be the different cities in San Andreas.
Am I trying to edit the wrong file here, or did Rockstar get extremely lazy?
