how do i install car mods? same as vice city, because if it is i'm set. please help... step by step, dont assume i know anything

it still wont let me because its says 'unknown version'. i need to make it 1.0 instead of blank

well now, i have everything set, but it says i need the patch. i download the patch i start it, but it wont let me continue because of the file version i check the file version blank i cant change the version to 1.0 with any program on the internet FOR THE 3RD TIME!!!!!!!!

every car i try it says its too big to replace it (dff and txt) again

ok thanks i saw a lot of instructions from this guy on youtube and i kinda couldnt follow him i was making it too hard

ok. i have a few .bmp skins but i dont know how to add them. they are extracted and everything but thats all need instructions!
