How do I install the Naked Strippers mod? My cousin wants to see that yu can really find a naked girl in San Andreas.

I've already beaten San Andreas but then my broher got the computer "cleaned" and then I had to download it again. I modded it with some car mods and the hot coffee mod and got the CUTSCENES and it worked before it was cleaned and after but when I got Sweets house to do the mission NINES and AK's but nothing happens after the cutscene just a black loading screen I think or something. If anyone can help it would greatly appreciated.
