Please help me, I made a new City and I'm not sure about Making cars appear in parking spaces and stuff. Also i made a topic about making new paths for Peds/Vehicles if you know anything about that please give that a look too.

How do i make Custom Ped and Vehicle Paths? I wanted to make a map from scratch but I cannot if I cannot make custom traffic and Peds waypoints. Please help me.

How would i make a custom Ped or Vehicle path? Someone said you can do it in moo mapper but how do you find out the coords and stuff for the path, and are there any rules of Path making that could mess up the game if you don't follow them? Is there any tools which generate custom paths or anything? Im new to Modding
