-each city has a prison each prison has crazy prisoners with there own personallity, you can bust them out if you want to.... they will then run freely on the streets doing whatever they like to do, as the game goes on, you might even see them actually get busted and put back into their cells.
-REAL CITY MAPS, if the game was for example in Las Vegas, I would already know the map/freeways/roads/casinos/stores, etc.... because I have been there in real life

google's already got the maps and a lot of store/food/road names

-i like the whole idea of having to eat, or you lose energy, but it got old, always having to run into the fast food joint

-is the capability there to create the entire world, map could be a globe, we can travel all the way around, just like the real Earth
-take a taxi anywhere and skip the trip anytime, just choose location on map
-more realistic street basketball game, or tennis, or whatever
-maybe see a real celebrity if I'm at the right place at the right time
-real cars, just with fake name, "lamborgina", "ferrarey", Chevy Cavaliero", etc....
-not so easy to steel a car
-if I walk across a freeway, i should probably be killed
-travel to moon and be weight less... okay, i'll stop now, I'm getting stupid.... FORGET the moon.
regarding AI:
when I walk into an army base, I should not automatically get wanted stars... Someone should have to see me and sound the alarm or fire a gun in the air to alert the alarm/lookout soldiers.... if it is dark, they can fire one of those guns in the air that lights the sky up... sorry don't know what its called. Flare?
