Ok. I installed the Vice City Mod Manager and I am trying to install some vehicles. I installed http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f23-dmagic1s-vc-wheelmod-vcm with the Vice City Mod Manager, but I don't exactly know what to do next. Anyone know what to do?
