[more modding questions]

i have vice city and your article suggestion helped me out A LOT

but i would like to know how to mod actual physical structures

for instance, i would like to put more rooms in the ocean view hotel

maybe make some houses enter-able

to me it sounds like an impossible request

but i'm sure there are some seasoned modding veterans

ready to prove me wrong

Don't expect it to be too easy, especially if you wanted to make a new ped or vehicle or even a brand new map. However, if you're just into shooping replacement TXDs for the game, then this might help you (it's for SA, but the procedure is pretty much the same):
