Ok so I cannot install DMAGIC1 Wheel mod and when I do nothing happens and VCMM wont work for me to install mods because I get an error saying FATAL cant acces GTA3.img and when I try to uninstall it says TPROGRESS BAR OUT OF RANGE so I try Using GTA MOD INSTALLER and it works but when I try to play GTA I get that annoying Unhandled Exeption and theres basically nothing I can do to install my own mods i've tried installing DMAGIC Wheel Mod doesnt work Tried manually installing cars tried automatically nothing works for me man can some one PLEASE help me out i dont think im that much of a noob i seriously think somethins wrong can ya help??
