I got the Steam version of San Andreas when I bought the Rockstar Complete pack on sale a few weeks back. Since then, I have been trying unsuccessfully to figure out how to mod it. I have read some things that indicate that it is difficult or impossible to mod the Steam version. Is this the case? Either way, I have not been able to find clear instructions on how to do so. Can anyone help?
