I restarted my computer it works now

OK when i run GTA it gives me an error saying an error occured please tell mircosoft and then when i rty to connect to a server in SA-MP i get this error

Click ok to terminate the porgram
it worked fine yesterday it just started today i dotn know what happened PLEASE HELP!!!

OK i need help when i download the 100% save game mod and all i do is copy it to he user files foder in the game i open teh file END OF THE LINE and it start with the opening movie and it tells me to get onto the bike and go to cjs.
NOTE i have the gta sa second edition for the pc the i am in canada also.
