:!: Is there some protection on vice city to stop you from editing cars etc, if there it can someone tell me how to get rid of it. if there isnt then can some on tell me why i carnt edit anything without an erro coming up telling me that it carnt do it. the only thing that i have been able to do is inport skins and make better burn out smoke thats all how boring is that.Exept the Smoke thats cool so can anyone help me i would be very greatfull
