It's possible if you got wasted or busted just after you became a right-hand man (meaning, your points went down just enough to push you back into being an assasin).

I'm having trouble finding the full criminal ratings list for GTA 3. I have the PC version if that makes any difference. I can't find them ANYWHERE! This site says they are "coming soon", but I'm wondering when that might be. Can someone post them or tell me where I can find them? It would be a big help!
