EFLC rocket eagel mod in GTA IV Modding Posted February 22, 2011 Please help me!!! Is there a mod for EFLC for the rocket eagle...??? It was so much fun in GTA IV but now only playin' EFLC, and would like to know.... Or is there a way to make the eagle work as a rocket launcher? Please help, THNKS!
