Just download the easy installer should be found here actually came across it today its in the download section of GTA SA hope this help ill try find link for u late got to go to school

Ok so i downloaded GTA SA ULTIMATE EDITOR(opps caps sorry)i installed it then went to open it then it said:dx8vb.dll is missing from ur computer where can i find it or download it plsss help me thank very much
