[Help! About VC costume/ outfit/ skins!]

So guys, I have three problems about costume/ outfit/ skins.

1. Is it possible to replace the default skins with in-game outfit? For example, I want Tommy always wear the golf club outfit although wasted, busted or during cutscene, is it possible?

2. Is it possible to have other characters' outfit? For example, I want to have Lance and Colonel Cortez's outfit, but without using cheats and their appearance, is it possible?

3. Is it possible to edit the color of the in-game outfit? For example, I want to change the color of the golf club outfit, I mean, extract the skin file (.BMP) and I can edit it. Is ot possible?

The reason I don't want to use Paint or PS to mod the in-game skin/ outfit is because it's hard to make the skin/ outfit like the exact original one. Thnks for answering first!

2. I want to wear some othe chaacters' outfit, like Lance and Colonel Cortez's, ia it possible to have exactly their outfit wearing by Tommy instead of using cheat? Of course, I just want their outfit, not their appearance, keep Tommy's face.

3. Is it possible to edit in game outfit? For example, I want to edit the Rafeal outfit, I mean the blue version of Lance's outfit. Is it possible?
