You have to downgrade to version 1.0 look further down on the topics the downgrader link is in there

Go download San Andreas Mod Installer 1.1 under tools on this site it mods the cars for you.

Well you have to make sure you have v1.0 because mods dont work on the new version. There are downgraders out there.

Car mods, skins, trainer or what kind of mod?

I have downgraded my version to 1.0 so I got the car mods to work but how do you install a trainer such as Car Spawner v0.2. All it gives you is a notepad with no instructions. Where do I put this notepad?

It has already been done, But for many it is consider WAREZ so it's a dead topic, noone wants to discuss it anywhere? but in theory it is almost 99.9% moddable. 4 files will make it equal but without the HC. E-bay is your best bet go and get the 1.0 version original and mod your heart out. P.s. Trainers do work but again that's a whole new story.
No here is a downgrader wich will change your game from v2 to v1. This is all you need to make mods work.
