Can someone make a mod/retexture for Altair's Armor, Hidden Blade, Animations (such as assassination, walking and free running) for GTA:SA?

Ahh well, till GTA V gets released I am not the person to judge anything concerning the gameplay. GTA V Multiplayer may or may not be cool and better than IV or San Andreas. Still we have to be patient and wait till GTA V gets released by Rockstar.
