i had this. go to the startup menu and click on options. then go to display settings. then go into advanced. u should see a visual fx setting. if its set on very high, then this is whats making it slower, so set it on a lower one, medium or low r the best. if that dont work then i dont know wat will.

i did it and it didnt work then i put a samaller resolution it worked

i got san andreas today after i installed and played it the graohics are slow the objects dont move smoothly i have direct x 9 and and a 64bit card what can i do

1.) There is a cheat for better car handling.

2.) Don't use so much smiley's.

i asked 4 help not for advice & i hate that cheat it only makes the car topple over when u take corners

Yes, buy properties. I suggest you buy sunshine autos first, they make a lot of money. Do the car list, that gets you a lot of $$$. Once you get enough cash you can buy more properties such as the malibu club

get a fast sports car or bike and go to the junkyard entrance (but dont let them see you) then type panzer & u will get a tank then go kiling everybody with it but dont let any one pull u out then get out where lance is and shoot the guys with a machine gun then get lance & go to da hospital in the tank (nobody can blast u)

when i delete a file it says that it could be in use and then it does not delete

Coz the folder might be set to Read-Only

On Properties of the Main Folder.Un-Click Read Only and select Apply changes to Sub Folders also.

does not work when you make it archive only it becomes read only and archieve
