I downloaded the Bell Uh-1h Iriqouis huey helicopter or whatever and need help on puting it in San Andreas because I'm a noob and am pathetic!

Hi I'm sorta new to this modding thing but my brother does it a lot. I must know how to change vehicles for San Andreas, specificly the huey helicopter one. It would be great if someone could show me how. Please reply.
