Go into the audio options in SA and click 'scan user tracks'. Or better yet, set it to auto scan.

hmm where are you supposed to put the mp3's?

i put them in \My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks

and i cant seem to find the radion station that plays them.
