So, I'm in need of a very simple modification. Because I dont know how to create mods myself, I would be grateful if someone would do this. Only thing I need is the ability to access police computer anytime, with no vehicle, and do those missions without the vehicle. I've searched for several days now for a mod like this but I've only found mods that put you in the shoes of a police officer (like the Police Pursuit mod). So can anyone do this? Jerks who won't do anything for free, dont even bother to reply.
