Exactly. He jums off when the game says that you have to find a way to save madd dogg. Do I really need to do this mission to continue?

He jumps off before the mission starts.

Every time I try and do this mission, Madd dogg jumps off the building before I an do anything. I tried multiple times doing this mission and never used any riot cheats. What can I do?
