I need a hand, I recently moved into GTA modding and am doin ok, map editing is no sweat n skining is child's play. But i need some help. I want to change some of the properties of the satchell charge. Basicaly make it into a nuke. I got a real basic Multi-purpose editor, but when i try to change the satchell's stats nothing apears to happen. So really what im asking is: A. Is it possible? B. what program do i need.
