Nope its not difficult ^^

I've found a Savefile editor on GTAGaming.com wich lets you edit the spawn places of cars and even add 7 or so

the disadvantage is, is that it only edits one savefile, so it spawns only in one savefile (or you have to do it on all your savefiles)

and with the program PlayerPos you can determine the position of where you are standing (in game )

[Screwed Up Vice.]

Problem:

I un-installed VC and deleted the GTAVC folder inside rockstar games and restarted the pc. I then installed a clean edition , it worked fine. Then i tried to delete PCJ600.TXD and i got:

Dir Error ..... Might Be In use .. Exiting..

Where you running Vice when deleting?

that would explain the 'Might be in use'

and did you replace it or completly delete it?

Because then the explanation would be simple, VC tries to load the PCJ, but is unable to find it because you deleted it
