I can't get it to update. Oh well, I'll just re-install it. Where are the save files located so I can keep those?

when I start to play the game (from a load or a new game, does not mater) CJ is stuck going left, even though I'm not pressing any buttons. This happened for some reason after I installed some mods. So, I uninstalled all the mods, he still did it. I reassigned the left button to a different button, he still did it. I system-restored back to before this started happening, he still did it. I'm out of ideas. What do I do to fix this?
