Urbanoutlaw Posted June 5, 2007 Share Posted June 5, 2007 Yeah, I miss the better handling of Vice City & San Andreas. Best advice I can give is use shallow dive to pick up speed. I can usually catch the car at the corner between the Vice Docks savehouse & Little Havana PD. If it makes any difference, I'm playing the PS2 version.
