Trainers help

OK, so I had san andreas installed, and it worked fine with select trainers, but then I had to reinstall it onto my second drive (cause the game is friggen' huge) and now I try the same trainer I had before the reinstall, but it don't work, help would be appreciatet seeing as how i'm pretty dumb
