I'm gonna try to find any kinda tool to modify the water in GTA SA. But I tell ya, you'll have to do it, because I aint a GTA SA modder, the only game I mod now, is GTA VC EDIT: Found it Click to download. Its got no Readme, as I see, it's pretty easy to use.
