Rowie235 Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 A capture card is basically video and audio IN ports in your computer. it means you can plug in your PS2 or 3 or whatever fits into it and import the signal as video on your computer. You guys in UK use the SCART thingy don't ya? You can get one wherever computer hardware is sold. They can be either internal cards or external devices.
