If you're talking about when the name of the vehicle appears on screen, you want a GXT editor, here you go - http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=568 If you're talking about changing signs on the bus itself you'll need A TXD editor. Open the GTA3.IMG file in your MODELS folder w/ an IMG editor & find BUS.TXD (I think that's the one, might be COACH.TXD). Use the EXTRACT option to extract the TXD to your desktop & open it w/ TXD EDITOR (or program of your choice) to edit. From there you can extract the texture for editing.
