Help With Adding Saved Game

So basically, i add a saved game to the gta san andreas documents file, and go and load up the game, i click on start and then load game. And the saved file is there to select, so i selcet it, and it just starts a new game =[

Is there something i am doing wrong, because it just starts a new game.

This happens when you have v2 and you use a v2 save game created using a v1 exe. Try downgrading the game and see if it works.

i have same prob and i have v 1.0 eu version i tried a number of saves none of them work dunno why i can chouse but it comes up with error report
