Game hanging at loading screen

I'v been able to get quite far into the game so far, so I know that my system has nothing to do with this. I've also seen that other people have exactly the same problem with this specific mission, but I couldn't find a fix for it. The game is fine through the cutscene, I get in a car and drive to the location, but when I get to the marked area, I get the loading screen and it just hangs there. I've left the game loading for half an hour and still nothing happens. I've had the problem before on one of Ray's missions (the one with the hotel) but it worked when I parked and went into the hotel on foot. I tried the same with this mission, but it says that I need a car.

I've tried cleaning the disk (it's fine) but I don't know what else I can do. Can someone help me?
