Tech
When i tryed to apply a san andreas patch it said "Insufficient storage space to apply patch - you need at least 8708096 bytes free." question one is there a solution or explnation. question two is it referring to kilo, mega, or giga bytes. And for my own personal interest what is the hot coffee fiasco thing i've heard about? it is supposedly is the reason they made version two. Urbanoutlaw
It translates to about 8 meg, probably referring to hard drive space. Which version of SA are you running & what patch are you trying to apply? Saw your related topic, is there a VISTA patch for SA? (Thought I saw reference to one awhile back.) EvoLuTioN
Just clear up some space on the drive your trying to install it and try again. The hot coffee fiasco was a patch by one modder which unlocked an unfinished sex game which launches when your girlfriend invites you in for some coffee, explaining the name. Rockstar forgot to delete it from the final copy which led to a lot of JACK-assery. A new unmoddable v2 was released later etc..
