Idea for a better gang war mod

Hi! I have a idea for a great cleo mod (i think, i don't have any idea of modding)

On internet is a CLEO mod called 'gang war mod' , and it makes that the gang wars in los santos, are in san fierro, las venturas, and the folk towns too.

My idea is that in the new mod, will be all gangsta bands: Grove, Ballas, Los santos vagos, varrio los aztecas, da nang boys, woozie's triads, san fierro rifa, sindaco family and leone family (maybe forelli family too, but i don't sure of his textures are in the game) Maybe I can't remember all bands. Of course this mod is for San Andreas.
