hneed help with a map mod

I downloaded a map mod the other day and theres one file that I'm not sure what to do with. heres the readme for it.

Little Dirt/Off-Road Track Las Venturas

-Copy the file GTA.dat into GTASA\data - Folder

Or use your old GTA.dat:

Open the file GTA.dat, located on your GTASA DATA folder, with notepad,

Scroll down until you see a lot of lines, all starting with IDE DATA\MAPS\.....

Under this line: IDE DATA\MAPS\leveldes\seabed.IDE

Add this line: IDE DATA\MAPS\Dirt Track.IDE

Scroll down until you see a lot of lines, all starting with IPL DATA\MAPS\.....

Under this line: IPL DATA\MAPS\country\countryW.IPL

Add this line: IPL DATA\MAPS\Dirt Track.IPL

-Add following object files to gta3.img

-OffRoad.dff

-OffRoad.txd

-Replace following original object files

-lae_1.col

Copy the files Dirt Track.IPL and Dirt Track.IDE into Data/Maps

The bolded part is what I need help with where am I supposed to put this file?

Also wondering if anyone has an english readme for this mod link
