Duke Nukem for San Andreas

I'd like to request an improved Duke Nukem player model and skin for San Andreas.

The version that currently exists:

It's not a bad attempt, but the face remains a problem area - it doesn't look anything like Duke. There is a brilliant version of Duke available for VC here:

I know the modelling/skinning system worked completely different in VC, but there must be a way to make something of equal quality for SA. I'd be happy with just a vastly improved head for the currently existing SA Duke mod.
