Replaying Missions On GTA IV PC

Hi,

I have completed the GTA IV storyline on PC and I was wondering weather I would be able to return to a selected mission without starting a new game and saving it before starting the mission. I am not referring to the mission relay feature in the phone as that is for reattempting the last mission if it wasn't completed.

I was also wondering weather there is a mod/script mod for this as it is possible in GTA SA on PC were two numbers are changed in order to start a new game from any mission in the game as I have done before.
