loading problem

after installing a few mods that change skins and a few vehicles I go to run the game and when I load a game or attempt to start a new game it won't load past half way and the game won't run unless it is activated under the "run as administrator".

operating system: windows 7 home premium 32 bit

GTA SA version 2.00 (installed as part of the trilogy)

(there isnt any problems with hardware cause my initial save is completed main quest and 2nd list of import export)
