Need a skin/clothes mod for CJ in a bank robber suit

Hey can someone please find me a mod change CJ's clothes in a bank robber type suit, his skin colour should be light not dark...like european...

He should be wearing a full face mask too...The clothing/skin should look like this:

I couldn't find a mod for this so maybe it needs to be made...can someone please make it and upload the files here.
