Cleo Animation Mod?

Hey guys, I want to create a cleo mod that I can use on SA:MP with the press of a button that is an animation. If you've ever played an RP server on SAMP you may have at some point used /cop. Generally the animation thats used is when it put your hands together infront of your character. Its good if you have a sidearm out and you do it as it looks like you've lowered your weapon. Well I want to make a cleo mod for that animation which makes you put your hands behind your back.

Is this possible and how can I do this?
