IM SO PI$$ED somone please help

I have been having sooo much trouble getting this to work, so let me start.

I installed the ScriptHook net thing that the Super Spawner ReadMe told me to, the readme told me to install scripthook, in the scripthook read me it says just to extract everything into the gta iv directory, I did that.

then the SuperSpawner readme told me to put the scripts folder into my gta iv directory, i did that, and now I have no clue if its working or not, the entire readme doesnt even tell me how to activate it, or how to open the console, can somone please help me!
