I am trying to find a trainer for GTA 4 to make it easier but all the one's I find are in a rar file and I don't know how to use them.

Can anyone help me please by either telling me how to use a rar file, or know of a trainer that is easy to load.

Thank's CookieMonster I have now downloaded Winrar but I still can't get the things to run, I'm not thick (I don't think so anyway) but I follow the instructions and nothing happens when I run the game.

Thank's again for your help but I think I need someone to come round to my place and show me how to use this thing.

No, I don't know what I am doing wrong, I follow all the instructions and the thing still does not work.

I have tried two different rar extraction programmes, and at least six mods and not one of them will work.

Could you walk me through the process that you are using in order to install the mods? Also, please post the readme here and a link to a mod you are trying to install.
