How to create cleo mod with animation

Please I need to make a cleo mod that make cj can hold Cellphone & see (e.g:the Time) I mean not hold it then put it near his ear....

U can Hold it when u press t but it make the same animations when someone calling ya

I need to know how to make a cleo with the same animation when I hold the phone by press a button but when someone calling CJ the original animation still ..............
