joeyb Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 Hi there, New to the forum and new to modding also. I have just installed GTA IV on my laptop via Steam, along with the EFLC pack. I have installed the GTA IV Weapons Editor but when I open the .exe file there are no weapons listed. Have I done something wrong?
