making cars for SA

HELLO ALL! i am brand new to the GTA for pc type ofthing but i love my pc and the powers that it grants me! to the point. i want to make cars for GTA SA. its as simple as that! but i dont knw how. can some one tell me how, if its that simple? im very adept at maya (alias wavefront) i currently have 6.5 so im nostranger to modling or rigging. please help me out and help me breake in to making cars for the game maybe you will all like them.
