Flight Mod

I figure the thing I'm looking for would be difficult, but by no means impossible.

I would like to see a mod in which CJ can fly in the PC version of San Andreas. Possibly toggled on/off by some kind of key combination or code. When toggled on, I'd like it to use the same control scheme as the flying cars code.

You know the model animation when you're sky-diving and you press forward, to make him close his arms and legs and dive faster? I'd like it to be used when he's flying.

I've looked all over the internet for something similar to this, but found nothing. So far though, this is the best site I've seen yet, so I'm curious as to whether anyone here can help me.
