You can get it at this place. The guy forgot to post the IP, so we dont know yet. I tried to go into the IRC chatroom and ask for the IP, but seeing as its part of GTAforums they all went "OMFG YOU NOOB WE DONT KNOW YOU DICKHEAD!!!" on me. Then I chatted a little and made a typo (spelt vice city multiplayer wrong) and they all went "OMFG LITTLE NOOB LEARN HOW TO SPELL FAG ARE YOU 12!?!?!" and I got banned. The IP should get posted.... eventually.....
