Animals would be cool, but that would basicaly be bait for anti- gamers out there. Not pointing any fingers or anything (harrgggghhhhhh coff,jack thompson,coff hack hhhuummmmm) Excuse me. Anyways. Yeah variations in cops. Fat ones get winded after running after you a short distance, while hacking, coughing and panting, calls for back up. Then the more skinny ones continue to chase you but evintually become short breathed themselves. But if your stamina is not up, then they can catch you after a bit.
Speaking of , I wanna see different ways of getting BUSTED. Instead of a huge car chase leading do a shit load of cops blocking you in. And then finally a cop sneaks past your line of vision and who then opens your door holding out his gun, and screams freeze. You yell gently caress you and that's it you appear at the poloce station and your money and guns are gone. Can't you just pull over and let them come up with there guns drawn, then you can either get out and then you put your hand on your head, lay down on the growned and you get busted. Or, while they are walking up, you can floor it and loose them. Shit like that is cool.

Dude, don't get me wrong, it looks awsome. It's just, 90 dollars?!!!! Till now the most expensive collectors edition of a game I have ever seen was that dumb ass madden 06'. It was 80 frolicking dollars. It helps matters that it is actually a GTA game and not some other POS rip off. But still it's just too steep for me, with my shitty income. But if I had the cash I would buy with no second thought.
I wonder if the safety deposite box lock actually works? That would be the shit!

Because you have nice game boxes lined up and then you have some big ass duffle bag, or a silver game box (Halo 2 Special Edition), or some huge ass game box (EVERY OTHER SPECIAL EDITION).
Besides, this thing is 90, I'd rather save the 30. And get the artwork and the music, elseware...

Some of them would be so easy to get. I mean come on, kill 20 people with a pistol? I killed about 50 people in the first hour of San Andreas. And let me tell you, guns were pretty scarce in the beginning of that game.

Anyways, I never use the bribes, so I wouldn't care at all if they were gone. But the Pay N' Spray is really convenient and is some what realistic. If you have a different color, no damage((and had damage to begin with)), and a different license plate, then the cops would have a harder time finding you.
I agree, but in real life, cops would'nt just see you go into a shop one color and come out another, and in turn not suspect anything. I think the Pay'N'Spray needs a revamp. Maybe, you could be quick enough and duck into a warehouse or something, without the cops seeing you. Then play some sort of a mini game or activity that lets you choose another color and paint the car your self. But if you mess up and don't paint it properly and then drive by a cop still out on APB, he'll spot the flause in your paint job and start chasing you.
Also, how about loose the cops by not letting them see you duck into a dark back alley, at night, and turn off your headlights, maybe have them dim automaticly, and wait a minute and you'll loose them. Maybe hide spots. Pull over and when they walk up to the window bribe them. Change cars. Shooting the cops and getting away. Or if your car is fast enough just simply floor it and pull away and loose them. It will be cool if the peds are as smart as tdog07029 said they might be.
I have alot of ideas for this game so when things like this are mentioned, I have alot to say.

Every 360 game HAS to have achievements, it's required! (Seriously, I'm not kidding. Arcade games have to be smaller than 512MB to.) So this game will have achievements.
I hope they have a lot of achievements for the storyline!

But DW5 doesn't like it's got cars in it - cars would be the hardest thing for the game if snow were introduced, if you're just running round it isn't a problem, but if they haven't already put it into the game then it might be too late.
Again, it's been done before. I just think, it's not a matter of do they have the ability, RAGE is more than capible. It's a matter of do they have time.

Microslop is the worst thing that could happen to R*. They have yet to release a decent operating system that worked out of the box. They have some decent games but they fall way short of the standard set by R*.

Um, Windows XP? Sure, if you're retarded then you can get lots of viruses, but Kaspersky is dandy compensation for this. I mean, I may hate IE, but I'll be damned if I can't play CS, GTA, BF2, and EVE. Oh, and, you install Windows on your PC, and, it works. So, it works out of the box. Nice job urban.

I hear loose talk of Rockstar selling out to Microsoft. Possibility of all of the staff transfering over. If this is true this is just to make Microsoft even more rich and to lock down GTA exclusives from now on. Gettin greedy are we Microsoft? I don't know, guess we'll see soon enough huh? If R* sells out, I hope it is before the release of LA Noire, that way it's a 360 exclusive.

That's not stupid, stop & think of what it would cost to have a machine (PC, X-BOX or PS2) that could support a game w/
enough cars to accurately depict the diversity in cars alone. The .IMG file (File that all the game models are kept in) alone for SA is 896 meg (VI, unedited). Adding the accessories would ease that burden & at least give the illusion of more
cars. The same could be done w/ peds through clothing options, color of clothes, hair color & length. hats, etc...
The only example of this I've seen so far in GTA is a few cars that showed up as convertibles.
As for the clustering (The game calling up the same model in groups around the player), we'll have to wait for the game to come out to see if they actually fix the problem.
No it's not stupid to have variations in the cars, but it is stupid to see 10 of the same cars with a few variations to them as a cheap way to mask the fact that there is a shit load of clustering and very few cars. Yes that is what happened in Saints Row. That is one reason why it sucked so badly.

Yeah, but that's not what the game is about. Sure you'll have money but you're efforts will be in vain unless there is an achievment or if you need lots of money for ammo for your guns or if there is the ability to buy lots of clothes. So there will be no exotics.

See, I'm right, GTA SA and GTA LCS took place around the same time. That explains why the bycicle have been banned.
In your previous post, you said took place at the same time. I see now you mean around the same time. Where in San Andreas was bicycles considered to be banned, anyway?
One can assume that they were considering being banned. Read the manual in LCS and listen to the radio in LCS and SA and you will see. The radio clearly makes and announcement stating that bycicles were banned in LC and SA and motorbikes were gonna be banned and being debated wether or not to ban them in SA. If you don't wanna go through the trouble of searching for these facts then just take my word for it. Plus, why do you think thier was not bikes or motorbikes in GTA III? It's because R* did not have the ability or that they did'nt think of it. And so wanted to give the player an explanation as to why they did'nt. Because you know people were saying "Well if GTA III takes place after all these games such as GTA SA, why were there no bikes or motorbikes in it?"

I was playing Scarface today for the first time in a very long time, and I remembered about the exotics menu, I was thinking do you think GTA will have this?

In the Exotics menu in Scarface you could buy furniture and basically just somethings just for fun, the tiger is the best one though in my opinion.
Trust me this will not be in GTA IV. The game is'nt gonna be about rags-2-riches, nor rags-2-rags. Yor not gonna have that kind of money. It's mainly gonna be about just gittin by on what you got. Your not gonna go in with nuthin and take over the whole city and own every thing like it previous GTA games. In other words it's gonna be REAL LIFE SHIT.

One of the things I liked about Saints Row was you might see a lot of the same cars, but they had different parts on them &
were in Various conditions, You'd see several of the same model, but one was a convertible, One had spoilers & nice wheels
& one was a rust bucket. Still clumping (aka clustering), but put some variation in them. Would like to see that in GTA 4.
Have seen mention the peds will have variations in a few mags.
That's stupid. I think you should have some variation but still get rid of the clustering.

Actually LCS wasn't the first GTA to have snow in it.. It was San Andreas, remember the mission with Salvatore Leone where you have to go to Liberty City?
^ but we didn't really have chance to experience gameplay within it. There was a cutscene and a 10 - second (if that ) shootout that should've been over in a flash, provided you're not bent.

That is very true. We were not able to experience it, just see a cut scene with it. I was deeply suprised they put such a mission in there. And the fact that it was snowing is awsome to, though we did'nt experience it. I mean come on flying from one city to another, that's cool. I think they should do that in another upcoming GTA game. Make more than one city availible. Like the new Liberty City, as well as updated versions of all the other GTA cities wrapped into one awsome game. Now tell me that would'nt be awsome. Each city with thier own climates that gradually change as you travled from one to the next. That would be fantastic! It would be like a whole other small world of it's own.
Also I never played the mission with the snow in LCS. I need to check that out. Can you actually go around the whole city with it snowing? How long will it stay snowy?

That is another thing that needs to be addressed. The load time. If there is only one loading time, at the beginning of the game, it could be huge! I' m talking 10-15 minutes. I know that R* would'nt do that to us, so I mean how is this gonna work?
