Hi. I Added a new wheel to SA (not replace), in game file its a wheel_gn6 and in san andreas its " " (blank,nothing, free space) and that wheel WORKING! Anybody knows how to add a name to that whell?, Please, Help!

Hi All... I want to change a normalny car to Police Car but i dont have any utlities to do that, maybe anybody can do that? Its a Polish Car "Fiat 126p" and i want a that police car (see below) but with signal on roof, polish signs too (NO POLICE just POLICJA because i'm working on a POLISH mod to SA) from here you can download a normal Fiat 126p http://rapidshare.com/files/28975180/Fiat_126p.zip.html BIG THX 4 HELP!
