i have already read them (stickies at the top),but none of them help me with modding gta on the xbox and i dont want to play it on my pc cause i want to play it on my XBOX!!!

If someone knows how to mod san andreas for the xbox version 2.0 then please message me on aim(BMSrider007)or on xbox live(killborgkid). Please help me, all i need is alci's img editor 1.5 but i cant get it anywhere cause of dead links or if there is any other way please help me thnks
